Rua De Felicidade, Macau - the closest I've been to Old School China
1. It's the number 1 spoken language in the WOOOORLD! I thought it was English, but then I realized that the giant "Chinese Empire" had crossed their borders, influencing nearby countries and continents.
2. I am planning to take up Asian Studies next year, dropping my MBA course. One of the requirements of my target school is that the student should learn at least one Asian language. Well, the plan to drop my MBA and take another course is still wibbly wobbly.
3. Ok. I already dropped my MBA for the current semester (3rd semester 2012), but my mind is thirsty for some exercise. Learning a new language especially Mandarin is very challenging.
4. As a traveler, going to China will always be a priority because of their amazing culture. There's no question that learning their language is advantageous.
5. Its cool to speak another language.
